Project Overview

This was an existing tenant space that was gutted and remodeled into a new Qdoba restaurant with seating for 80. This required the area to be fire suppressed, so a new 3” water line was directionally bored underground into the building from the street. Along with the remodel of the tenant space the rest of the building was updated with new EIFS giving it an updated, modern look, and rock face block wainscot and a full height stone veneer was used for an extra design flair at Qdoba's entrance. All scopes of work were in Marcus Construction's contract.
