This project for Dairy Queen located in Iowa needed to move as quickly as possible as our scope included the demo of their existing restaurant that was built in the 1950’s and then construction of their new Core 46 Grill & Chill – with limited down time for the owner. First we had to take care of the existing building that had asbestos and needed abatement. After the building was demolished and hauled offsite, we prepped the site and made soil corrections. Construction included all scopes of work and impressively took just over four months from the start of demo to the completion of their new restaurant.
