This is a larger Dairy Queen with the Core 72 Grill & Chill design that included an indoor cooler/freezer plus an additional freezer at the front of the restaurant. There is an indoor ships ladder to access the roof safely, a managers office and extra storage. Marcus Construction built a dumpster enclosure that is connected to the back of the building and is covered in EIFS giving it the appearance of being part of the building. The location of the dumpster makes taking the trash out safer and easier on employees as it’s close and they don’t need to walk across the parking lot.

Another unique feature of this Dairy Queen is it has two drive thru windows, at the time this location was built most stores only had one drive thru window. Two windows has proven to speed up the drive thru lane allowing faster service and more traffic through at the busier lunch and dinner times. All scopes of construction, including design were managed by Marcus Construction.
