For this Dairy Queen branch Marcus completely remodeled their existing restaurant along with adding a second walk in cooler. Our scope of work included; in-house architectural drawings, site work from demo through paving, added a second drive thru lane, removed and installed new windows, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, framing, drywall, painting, doors, repairs to the roof, tile work, epoxy concrete floors, EFIS exterior, new awning for the added drive thru window and installation of all owner supplied kitchen equipment, furniture, and décor.
