Northern Radiator (Northern Factory Sales, Inc.) in Willmar was experiencing growth and needed more warehouse space for improved process flow throughout their facility. Marcus Construction and Northern Radiator analyzed how existing space could be improved for receiving product and then how to achieve more product storage and an improved shipping area. This industrial project was broken into two phases, the first phase was renovating their existing interior loading dock and utility storage into an enclosed three station receiving dock. Phase two included the addition of over 36,000 square feet of warehouse space along with the needed increased shipping capabilities.
