North Central International is a heavy-duty truck dealership that expanded their footprint to an excellent location in Corcoran, MN. NCI’s new facility is a pre-engineered steel building with an EIFS exterior giving it a polished finish. The building is 37,000 sq. ft. and includes five service bays, a wash bay, and a maintenance bay with a service pit. A 5-ton overhead crane services both the service bay and the wash bay. The main entry invites NCI’s patrons into an open space for customer service, offices, and a beautiful showroom. The backside of the building features a large parts warehouse with a covered loading dock. There is also a 10,590 sq. ft. mezzanine with a trucker’s lounge, break room, locker room, conference room and storage space.
