This project was a two phase renovation project. Phase 1 included demolition of Bethesda’s main dining area and kitchen that were replaced with the new Town Center featuring Brothers Café & Bistro, a life enrichment / educational room, children’s play area, fireside lounge, gift shop, and a new main entrance. Phase 2 included the demolition of the existing activity room, meditation room and gift shop and was replaced with the new 250-seat Chapel, reflection garden, walking trail, offices, and resident & family gathering spaces.
