Marcus provided a complete design-bid-build package for the Echo Community Corporation on this 13,800 sq. ft. addition to the existing ECHO Charter School. Due to outdated facilities, the school was not capable of hosting home basketball games, conducting proper physical education classes, or offer a community recreation space during winter months. Marcus completed a gymnasium, men’s and women’s locker room and athletic office with storage.
