MacroSource’s Little Rock, AR river location had aged and was needing upgrades so the choice was to either remodel or replace their dry fertilizer storage shed. Due to safety concerns MacroSource decided on a rebuild. The existing storage had housed 7,000 ton, the new building built on the same footprint holds 10,875 ton by having bin walls Marcus Construction designed for full height product storage that maximizes the tonnage capabilities on a tight site. From demo to rebuild of this dry fertilizer storage building was less than six months.
