Key Cooperative wanted a General Contrator that would take on all the responsibility from site selection and design, to commissioning their agronomy center when it was complete. They chose Marcus Construction for the job of designing this greenfield site with a dry fertilizer facility, large chemical & seed storage and shop building along with a state of the art office and training facility that includes all the latest communication technology.
