This was quite a transformation from Helena's existing facility to this new dry fertilizer storage building on the same site. Marcus provided demolition of their existing facility, civil and site engineering, electrical engineering, heating, cooling, plumbing, and dirt and excavation work to include ground improvements to counter the poor soil conditions. They now have a new, state of the art, dry blending facility with more capacity, infloor radiant heat, improved barge and truck receiving, and an efficient Declining Weight blend and loadout system.
