Marcus Construction was the turn-key contractor for this agronomy center. The original buildings were demolished and the site was cleared and expanded to make way for a 15,000 ton dry fertilizer building with a Yargus declining weight blend system and overhead weigh loadout hoppers, 32,120 sq. ft. chemical storage warehouse with 2-lane liquid loadout, UAN, fertilizer, and chemical tanks, complete process piping and controls, warehouse storage area, ammonia site, 3,312 sq. ft. office, and much more. There are also many safety measures put in place at this agronomy facility. Some of the benefits of the new site layout include larger storage capacities, higher product output capacities, and all business operations are now located on site.
