Marcus Construction designed and constructed this unique liquid fertilizer manufacturing building that sits on a tight, triangle shaped piece of property. It combines 5,249 tons of bulk dry fertilizer storage in three bins with a rodless storage bin design, liquid fertilizer storage on a 2nd level mezzanine, liquid blending, truck and rail bulk receiving (35’ clear height to accommodate rear tilt trailers), truck bulk loadout, truck dock packaged product loading/receiving and warehouse storage, dust control system, control room, electrical room, multiple unload pits and tunnels to feed mixing tanks, an extensive stair and catwalk system to access key areas and all equipment, and much more.
