Marcus was the general contractor for both the high school and the connecting elementary. Construction of the high school was split into three phases over a two-year schedule in order to keep the school operational during the school year, while the elementary was split into two phases. The two-level high school is 78,000 sq. ft. with a single-level athletic facility. Some of the highlights include an admin area with a view of the main entrance, and the dual-purpose cafetorium with 26-foot high ceilings enclosed with a beautiful glass curtain wall. The elementary includes classrooms, breakout rooms, flex space, and a library.
