Marcus Construction’s comprehensive construction services include hiring and supervising proficient subcontractors in order to exceed project goals. Marcus Construction also has the ability to self-perform portions of the work when beneficial to the project.

Project Management
Marcus Construction provides stand-alone project office capability for administration and supervision of every project. Project office personnel have full authority to negotiate contracts, approve changes, process shop drawings, perform estimates, expedite schedules; and handle the planning, supervision, execution and completion of all work in accordance with the contract documents.

Preconstruction
Marcus Construction takes an active role in the planning and development stages of a project. Our experienced staff offers insightful evaluations during each design phase, keeping the project team aware of the relationship between the established design and budget. Ensuring our customers receive the best possible value, our team provides accurate, thorough cost estimates and viable alternatives during various stages of design. Additionally, our schedulers give expert feedback on planning and phasing issues, often offering ways to expedite the schedule.
